Since its Trichotillomania Awareness week, I thought I'd write a little poem about my Trich. So here we go. "Trichotillomania" Trichotillomania Is like a mystery that can never be solved As hard as you try to stop yourself The urge just evolves I beat myself up for doing it But somehow it calls me down I pull mostly at night Then look in the mirror and frown I don't know why it started Or when it will go away All I can do is sit here and hope I don't go bauld someday.
